MARLBORO SEVENTH DAY BAPTIST CHURCH
August 24, 2019

MEDITATION
““It is not great faith, but true faith, that saves; and the salvation lies not in the faith, but in the Christ in whom faith trusts…It is not the measure of faith, but the sincerity of faith, which is the point to be considered.” ― Charles H. Spurgeon, All of Grace

The electric piano in the Fellowship Hall is no longer needed. If you have an idea for where it should go or who could use it please let Tom know.

1. Please pray for Alpha! A prayer challenge: Each week, choose a different scripture to pray for the leaders, helpers, and guests. Can you encourage the Alpha leaders and share the scriptures with them?

2. Invite someone to Alpha: One of the fundamentals is that it is Relational. Would you commit to going with them to Alpha?

The person that keeps coming to mind is ________.
I can call or message them and say “My church is doing a program called Alpha. It is geared toward asking questions about faith, life, and meaning. I would love for you to join me. It would be a great chance to know you better and talk about the big questions in life. Dinner (and childcare) is provided. Let’s go eat, watch a video and chat!”
