Marlboro Bulletin September 29, 2018

September 29, 2018

If a Christian remains in a carnal condition long after experiencing
new birth, he hinders God’s salvation from realizing its full potential
and manifestation. Only when he is growing in grace, constantly governed
by the spirit, can salvation be wrought in him. Watchman Nee

Come Join us this Sabbath as we worship together at Jersey Oaks Camp
at 10am. Worship will be followed by a fellowship picnic at 12:00 and
a baptism service at 1pm.

We need your help! The once-a-month Youth Center begins October 20
for 3rd – 8th Graders! There will be two adults (Pastor Bob, Lora,
Kim, and/or Joanna) there each time, but we need a couple more sets
of eyes. Would you consider sharing an 1 1/2 hours of your time on
a Saturday evening with the kids from our church, AWANA, VBS, and
community? The sign-up sheet is in the vestibule.

Thursday, Oct. 11 from 5:30-6:30 join the Evangelism Committee for
a Hymn Sing and Dessert Night at the Hopewell Place Senior Living
Apartments. Please let Joanna know if you can bring a dessert.

Next Sabbath the Shiloh SDB church will join us at Marlboro for
our Fellowship breakfast at 8:30am and Joint Communion at 10.
All are welcome!
